Refund Policy

• Eligibility for a Refund: Refunds are available to customers under the following conditions:
  • The test has not been started.
  • An error occurred in the test that prevents completion.
• Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Non-Refundable: Once you begin the test, unless an error prevents completion, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellations Allowed: Once the test is purchased, it cannot be cancelled if started. We only consider cancellations under the refund conditions stated above.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your purchase details, including the date of purchase and the payment method used (Credit card, Debit card, UPI).
3. Specify the reason for the refund request: “Test not started” or “Error in test.”

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified number of business days following verification of eligibility.
